18. In the JRW Universe the goal is always and will be always: Green, with 50% Green energy, products, services, job conditions and 50% fossil fuels, and not completely Green products, and services and that also includes regular products and non-hazardous practices.

29. The sex laws are: 1. The sex must be legal, 2. The sex must be consensual, 3. You must utilize birth control until age 30, 4. You must be married to have any natural or adopted children, 5. No crass nor vulgar sex, 6. If you are under 21 years old you must ask permission from your parents, 7. Four children per family is enough, after that you must be on birth control again, 8. Approved by parents for sex, teenagers from 15- 21 years of age must be on birth control.
30. In the future there will be birth control for males not just condoms.
31. There will be no sexual type of viruses like AIDS, nor herpes, etc.

33. No more guns, rifles, machineguns nor any dangerous weapons
34. No phones while driving on your hands, nor food, makeup, shaving nor beverages.
35. You must wait until you get to your destination or before driving to do so.
36. I want vehicles that don't start until your phone is "locked" into the car and the auto will only start when your phone is locked in the vehicle's "dashboard" and can't be taken out.
37. No more speeding with your auto. House arrest for three violations in a year.
38. There must be set limits to every type of any situation where somebody gets hurt, killed or kills others if you want to sue, including for marriage.
39. There must be prenuptials before any legal wedding before the wedding, or it won't be legal.
40. The only rule is: Do not be cruel.

You may drink alcohol in moderation if you have an Orb (which never crash), a "glider", or a sober ride home or accept a ride home from the club or bars that must provide this service door to door, or you will not be allowed to enter the club or bar without proof of a safe ride to and from the club and or bar.

43. You must agree to a comprehensive Health Plan.

49. You must understand and believe "JESUS" has been black before in past lifetimes; however, he is white now because "white, Caucasian" people need the most help now to do the right thing for everybody they have influence over, including political, police, and economic.

No human species may have telepathy nor telekinesis or any other type of supernatural way to communicate and or send messages and GOD must be able to know any telepathy, messages, and or communication within any one or any number of species, beings, entities, etc. that still have that ability; however, the time will come where only GOD and Son have any type of telepathy; however, we will develop to a certain amount a type of "feeling and or feelings" with "gut" instincts to help us and to help others help each other anywhere in CREATION.
